1. scope of application:

The business relations between Weltmeisters Dogfood/Dogsport Onlineshop and the customers are exclusively subject to these general terms and conditions. Opposing or deviating from these terms and conditions weltmeistershundefutter.com Onlineshop does not recognize and hereby expressly contradicts them. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if Weltmeister Dogfood/Dogsport Onlineshop agrees to them explicitly and in writing.

2. conclusion of contract:

The order of goods is either over the Internet by mail or by telephone. The confirmation of the entrance of the order occurs immediately after sending the order. The sales contract comes off with the delivery confirmation or the delivery of the goods.

3. prices / payments:

The prices mentioned in the online shop are gross prices, are valid for deliveries within Germany and include the legal value added tax. Shipping costs depending on country.     

4. partial deliveries:

The company Weltmeisters Dogfood/Dogsport Onlineshop is entitled to partial deliveries, as far as this is reasonable for them. Additional shipping costs will only be charged if expressly agreed. A reservation is explained in such a way that subsequent deliveries of smaller quantities can be renounced, if these are not dispatch-free on dispatch days and if a contrary confirmation is not given. There is no obligation to deliver articles which are sold out. The customer will be informed immediately. 5. right of withdrawal:

The customer can revoke his contract explanation within 2 weeks without information of reasons in text form, e.g., letter, fax, e-mail, or by return of the product, unless he acts in exercise of a commercial or independent professional activity (order by enterprise). In addition, the customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as if they were his property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. Items that can be shipped by parcel post are to be returned at the risk of the online shop in their original packaging. The customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods.

6. defects/warranty:

If delivered articles should show material or manufacturing defects, the customer has to complain these visible defects, also transport damages, immediately to the online shop or to the shipping company. The warranty is subject to the statutory provisions, whereby in the event of a defect in the goods, the customer has the choice of demanding subsequent delivery or rectification of the defect, as far as possible. If the rectification of defects fails, or if the subsequently delivered goods are also defective, the customer may return the goods for a refund of the full purchase price, or retain the goods and return them to us.

 

7. retention of title:

The delivered goods remain property of the company weltmeisters dogfood-dogsport Onlineshop until full payment.

8. place of jurisdiction:

The jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Braunschweig. German right is valid.
